Andrea
Loges is from Sheldon, Iowa. She is the first out of state member to be
President of the SDQHYA. Andrea was the All-Around Novice Youth for 2009 and
enjoys showing in all events from Trail to English Equitation. Her current
horse is "Leave Me Zhipped" also known as Chip. This is Andrea's last year
as a youth exhibitor and she is excited about being the youth President. She
is a senior at Boyden-Hull High School where she is involved in choir, Show
Choir, Golf, 4-H and FFA. |

STEPHANIE JOHNSON |

Stephanie is from Belle Fourche, South Dakota and she has been a member of
SDQHYA since she was three years old. She currently attends Belle Fourche
High School as a sophmore where she enjoys art club, dance, piano and is on
the track team where her favorite event is pole vaulting. She was the 2009 SDQHYA All-Around Youth and High Point Junior Girl. Stephanie and her horse
Assets To Burn recently completed their AQHA Youth Championship and their
favorite event is Western Riding .She also competes in 4-H Hippology and
Quiz bowl where she has been a state high individual. |

Rianna
is also from Belle Fourche and also attends Belle Fourche High School where
she is a junior and enjoys chorus and 4-H. Rianna competes in trail,
horsemanship, showmanship and western pleasure. She shows her grandmother's
horse Cheyenne. They have earned their AQHA Youth Halter ROM and Performance
ROM. Rianna has finished in the Top Five All Around for 2008 and 2009.

Sentel
is a 8th grader at Black Hills Christian Academy and lives in Belle Fourche.
Sentel enjoys gymnastics and all types of sports. She was the 2008 SDQHYA
All-Around Youth, South Dakota AQHA Rookie of the Year and in 2009 was the
SDQHYA Reserve All-Around Novice Youth. Her and Willy (Zips Sudden Mr) have
completed their AQHA Youth Halter and Performance ROMs. Sentel especially
enjoys showmanship and English Equitation. She enjoys being on the 4-H quiz
bowl and hippology teams. |

KATE MCCOY |

Kate McCoy is from Sioux
Falls. This is her second year showing as a SDQHYA member. She competes in
English events, horsemanship, western pleasure, trail, showmanship and
halter. Call For The Hot One, Aka. Hottie, is her sorrel gelding that she
loves to show. In 2009, Kate was in the top five for Noivce Youth
All-Around. Kate had a lot of fun last year competing in the all novice
shows where she won some all-around prizes. Outside of horses, Kate loves to
sing. |

STEPHANIE JOHNSON- SDQHYA
VICE - PRESIDENT
Stephanie is from Belle Fourche and she has been showing with the SDQHYA
since age 3. Stephanie was the SDQHYA All-Around Youth in 2010 and
the Reserve All-Around Youth in both 2008 and 2007. Stephanie was listed top
ten in the AQHYA Rookie standings in 2007. She competes in 13 &U Showmanship,
Horsemanship, English Equitation, English Hunter U Saddle, Western riding and Trail.
Stephanie enjoys writing music and playing the piano and dancing ballet. She
competes in 4-H Horse Quiz Bowls and Hippology contests where she was
recently on the first place team at the Black Hills Stock Show and was the
high individual in the Quiz Bowl. |

SENTEL JOHNSON-SDQHYA REPORTER
Sentel Johnson was the 2008 SDQHYA All-Around
Youth. From all records the youngest to ever win this title. She also
claimed the AQHA Youth Rookie of the Year for South Dakota and the SDQHYA
High Point Junior Girl and numerous year end awards. She was also the
Reserve All-Around 13 & U at the Region II Regional Event in 2008 and the
Region II Walk Trot All-Around in 2007. Sentel enjoys dance and her horse
friends. Her favorite thing to do is ride her horse Willy. |
